Manage the standard time-based shifts available in the editor. Leave, Sick, and Custom remain fixed.
This tool will fix the calendar alignment issue by moving all shifts forward by one day.
⚠️ This should only be run ONCE. A backup will be created before migration.
The Flexzo Medical weekly report pulls submission figures from a third-party Google Spreadsheet via OAuth2 (the sheet belongs to Flexzo — we cannot share it with the service account).
If submissions data stops appearing in the Flexzo Medical report, click the button below and sign in as derek@cion-bpo.com to re-authorize access.
Connect to Xero to push invoices directly from the Total Hours / Invoice section. Create a Xero app at developer.xero.com with redirect URI shown below.
Backups are saved automatically to Firebase Cloud Storage every 6 hours (up to 40 snapshots retained). You can also create a manual backup at any time, or restore the rota to any previous snapshot.
Click "Refresh List" to load available backups.
This will permanently delete ALL shift data, employees, and settings. This action cannot be undone.
